It is wise to come in early to have your dress altered.
You will normally require 2 to 3 fittings depending on the dress and complexity. 

• Take in from under arm to waist £55 with boning £60 with beading £70
• Take in from waist to hips £50 with beading £60
• To taper dress in (to make dress narrower) from hip to floor £60 to £75
• Duchess Satin Silk hems £6o to £75 from right side front to left side
•  Lace fabric hem from side seam to side seam - front only - two to three fabrics £60 to £75
• Main fabric Silk Organza with a circular hem as overlay with Duchess Satin as underlay front only  + nets +lining £100 to £150
• Main fabric in Silk Chiffon overlay with a circular skirt front only from £100 to £150
• When dress is small - to remove zip from center back – replace with loops and inner fabric + a tie  £100 to £125

We try to help as much as we can but it is almost impossible to give an accurate quote without seeing the dress on you. 
For Example giving a quote for cutting and turning up a hem may seem simple, but.
1 It may have a lining. 
2 It may have a net underskirt
3 The main fabric may be Slipper Satin, Duchess Satin, Silk Chiffon, Viscose, Silk Organza or Nylon with different problems for the various fabrics I have mentioned above.

The minimum price for turning up a hem up could be £50. The maximum could be £160.
So you can see from the above that it is very difficult to give an accurate quote. We will still need you to come to our studio for accurate costing.
